GENERAL INFORMATION
These are very versatile machines for use in both pastry making and catering as they are suitable for rolling, i.e. for reducing the dough to very fine thicknesses, including both sweet and savoury, hard and soft dough: for crackers, sweet and savoury puff pastry, egg pasta and pizza dough. Domino offers a wide range of models with different structures, bench versions or stand-alone, and different lengths and widths of the sheeting belts.
