Plate holder structure easely dismantable. Heating diffusers easely removable. Chimney hole big enough to coop with all kinds of cooking also adjustable. Chimney hole adapted to the cooking room space. The unique concept of the cooking zone married with the fans in stainless steel AISI 304/441 and situated in the floor results in perfect heat difusion.
- Door: thermal with double glazing (4 mm), intermediary window pane on hinges, easy cleaning. Ergonomic and thermal handles, automatic closing, tightness joints. Micro-switch stops the fan when door opens.
- Armoured heating elements are placed behind fan deflectors.
