GELATO OXIRIA includes a fixed and removable bowl for larger quantities / different flavors. There are No obstructions in the centre of the bowl, ice cream can be removed easily and bowls are easy to clean. It has a powerful electric induction motor. It comes with ice cream spoon, removable bowl and paddle, paddle for fixed stainless steel inner bowl, full instructions and a selection of delicious recipes.

The freezer complies with environmental regulations protecting the ozone layer.

Fully automatic, self contained freezer mechanism brings ingredients to -11°F to -18°F (-24°C to -28°C). Requires no ice, salt or pre-cooled containers.

Makes ice creams, frozen yogurt, sorbets, Italian ices, sherbets, gelato, chilled soups, sauces and frozen drinks.

Ultra low temperature makes great low fat frozen desserts.
